Home and Job Site visits: $135.00/hr
For on-site consultations at your home or job site. Ideal for hands-on guidance, project assessments and direct interaction with contractors.
Monthly Service Retainer
Retainer amounts typically range from $1,800 to $2,400 / per month and are adjusted based on travel and level of responsibility taken on.
For larger projects, this structure allows for a broader range of services as our focus shifts from tracking hours to immersive support and involvement.
